Silvia Bastante de Unverhau is a global philanthropy expert and senior advisor, with over 20 years of experience working across the business, non-profit, international development and government sectors. Today, she is the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Co-Impact, a collaborative of the world’s leading philanthropists.

Silvia is the former Global Head of Philanthropy Advisory at UBS and she was also an Associate Partner at the global strategy consulting firm Monitor Group. At the beginning of her career Silvia held executive roles at various organisations including Organization of American States, Amnesty International and the Office of the President of Peru. She has a B.Sc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Silvia serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth, University of Zurich and is on the Board of the I AM WATER Ocean Conservation Foundation.
