Ian Marsh is the author of If it is so Good to Talk, Why is it so Hard? After practicing as a private client lawyer for many years he has spent the past 15 years or so specialising in family dynamics and communication, studying why it is we find it so hard to talk about the things that matter most to us and helping families to have those conversations. In a time of unprecedented levels of anxiety, depression and loneliness, Ian’s current focus is on providing emotional support to those who need it (and who doesn’t?) and teaching others how to support one another.
