Ivan Schouker

Ivan Schouker accompanies entrepreneurs, investors and management teams in solving their most critical change agenda issues, with a sectoral focus on finance, professional services and technology organizations as well as foundations.

He previously led transformations as chief executive of three international banking businesses - American Express (US and UK), Toronto Dominion (Europe), an Asian family-owned financial services group (Switzerland, India and UAE) - as well as principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton (now PWC Strategy&).

Ivan began his career in investment banking at Banque Paribas in New York and Taiwan. He holds degrees from Columbia University, the London School of Economics, and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He lectures on change management at the Geneva School of Economics & Management (University of Geneva). He was a co-author of “Outsourcing and Human Resource Management” (Routledge, 2007) and a contributing author to “The Guiding Purpose Strategy” (2nd edition, May 2020, ClinkStreet). Ivan is a member of the Swiss Board Institute.

Together with his wife and two grown-up sons, he is an avid hiker and lives between Geneva and Lausanne.
