Francesca joined VALUEworks in 2014 as a lawyer and compliance officer. Today she advises on legal, compliance and HR matters, both internally and for our clients, as a consultant.

After acquiring her Masters of Law from the University of Basel, Switzerland, Francesca spent most of her career at Goldman Sachs in Zurich and London. She brings to VALUEworks her vast experience in conflict resolution, risk management, employee relations and compliance.

Francesca has grown up living in different countries and continents, in particular Brazil, the United States, Italy and the United Kingdom. She speaks German, English, Italian, Portugese and French. Besides travel she enjoys art, music, socialising with friends and good food.
