Caroline Piraud, head of Philanthropy Services at VALUEworks, joined a panel on impact measurement at the 14th SwissFoundations Symposium, a prominent networking platform for the Swiss nonprofit sector. In particular, Caroline discussed how small private foundations measure and assess the impact of their charitable giving and partnerships.

The SwissFoundations Symposium was held on June 3, 2015 at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) in Rüschlikon and was attended by over 300 representatives of foundations and NGOs. This year’s event focused on the theme "Ohne Wirken keine Wirkung – Wie Stiftungen ihre Ziele erreichen" (No Impact Without Action – How Foundations Meet Their Goals) which explores how foundations create impact both socially and strategically.
