VALUEworks is pleased to welcome Ivan Schouker as a board member of VALUEworks. Ivan brings together a vast array of professional and life experiences, international networks and transformation insights. His focus is on shaping and accompanying businesses with purpose.

Ivan's previous leadership roles were at diverse global, regional, private and publicly-traded financial institutions, management consultancies as well as entrepreneurial ventures. His executive track record includes Chairman and Chief Executive of American Express Financial Services Europe - one of UK’s first online banks & stockbrokers, turnaround Chief Executive of the Toronto Dominion Bank’s international banking and brokerage business out of Luxembourg (sold to Swissquote), and transformation CEO of the only Indian conglomerate-owned Swiss banking group based in Geneva.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he also holds master degrees from the London School of Economics and Columbia University, and is certified from the Swiss Board School. He continues his academic interests through book contributions as well as lecturing on change management at University of Geneva’s Graduate School of Economics and Management.

Ivan supports ‘big ideas’ non-profit organizations - previously as Chairman and Board member of The Abraham Path Initiative, as appointed Ambassador of the Union for International Cancer Control, and as Board member and Trustee of the Landmine Survivors Network (co-recipient of 1997 Nobel Peace Prize).
