Kecia moderated the panel on "The importance of family businesses from the Rising Generation’s perspective" at the STEP Global Congress on June 8, 2022 in London.

The panel touched upon interesting topics, including resilience, agility and the need for regeneration of family businesses, expectation management and wellbeing within both, family and company, how the rising generation views the roles of their elders, given the demographic shifts, and the urgent need for modern tools for wealth structuring and tax planning.
